More specifically, the election is taking place at:
https://vote.electionrunner.com/election/s4ryf
You will need to use the voter ID and key you received by email. That email should also have a link in it which will log you in automatically. Some people have reported the link is missing (caused by security settings on their computer/browser most likely). The above link may be used to manually log in.
